Performance Visualization Studios (PVS) creates performance simulation models of corporate stakeholder networks.
Stakeholders in corporate performance include customers, suppliers, employees, credit and equity partners, professional advisors, governments, local communities, the environment, and others. These various constituents have dynamic and complex relationships over time. A company’s ability to understand and manage these relationships is highly dependent on their ability to identify, visualize and measure their stakeholder networks.
Our approach, including the use of proprietary tools, provides this capability and also enables clients to create decision scenarios and to visualize alternative performance outcomes. The highly customized and interactive PVS models are invaluable for due diligence, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, restructurings, organizational transformation efforts, and for educational and training purposes.
PVS also creates and develops virtual environments for the private study and simulation of relationship networks. Our affiliates, working with our sister company Performance Advisors, build simulations on various topics of interest for clients and constituents. PVS may then license and install “private studios” for deployment through client intranets to further protect sensitive data and strategic research.
The firm employs technology developers skilled in data visualization and simulation modeling along with creative professionals skilled in digital and interactive media. Our combination of talent and technology are merged to create unique and powerful media for use by management teams at leading companies in public and private equity markets.
